These are some of the sexist comments that we have been told throughout history. And that I must confess this has been an impediment so that our women do not want to identify themselves as such. The fear behind feminist identification is permeated by the same machismo that does not allow, that it is not convenient to have women together, thinking and acting hand in hand. It should be clarified that feminism does not seek to destroy men, on the contrary feminism, which is equal to the fight for gender equality and equity, seeks to empower our women, help them reduce and eliminate this gender gap that the patriarchal system has imposed.

Feminism is a movement that represents women and reflects the struggle that the oppression of the patriarchal system has placed on the shoulders of women. The fight for the right of gender equality and equity allows women to think, decide, raise their voices, solve, allows women to free themselves.

@YES_SHECANWECAN is a project that was born in September with the intention of promoting a favourable social and economic environment that guarantees equal treatment for all women and men and significantly improves the condition of women in the world. The project revolves around the prevention and detection of situations of inequality and violence that women suffer through the patriarchal system.

The main objective is to make a SHORT FILM that shows the testimonies of the struggle against the problems of: sexism, urban violence, gender discrimination, for this, mainly women and men from different countries of the world will be interviewed.

It is intended to sensitize the public to continue fighting for women's rights, to invite our men to support us on this long path of equity and equality, to invite our women to recognize that any struggle for women, any struggle for Women's Rights is purely feminist, but above all for this short film to serve as a model for similar statistical profiles of countries, areas, regions and provinces, which would contribute to the development of policies to put into practice a basic principle of the United Nations: GENDER EQUALITY.
